Functional Nutrition Counseling

Service Description

I provide individual nutrition counseling for a variety of health concerns, specializing in balanced nutrition for chronic disease, digestive health, endocrine health and general nutrition for a vibrant life. As part of this offering we do a comprehensive health history review, review your health and wellness goals, review any relevant lab work, you also receive extensive nutrition education as it relates to your goals and then we co-create a nutrition plan that supports your health needs as well as your goals.   We meet 2-3 times, each session being about an hour, in order to accomplish the above and ensure you are ready to move forward!
