I believe knowledge is power. When we know more, we can do more. I offer both online and in person classes for both small and large groups on a wide variety of health topics. Past classes have included topics such as gut health, inflammation & immunity, blood sugar balancing, stress management & adrenal health, cleansing & nutrition resets, sleep optimization, maximizing health for vibrancy & longevity, nutrition for an active lifestyle and so much more. Either join a pre scheduled class or class series or contact me for a personalized class for you and your friends or community. Together we will determine how often and for how long you would like to meet based on your goals and needs. Packages offered and prices vary per package. Cancellation Policy

Please cancel or re-schedule at least 12 hours before your scheduled time. Discovery Calls do not incur a cancellation fee. All other bookings will incur a $25 cancellation fee if not cancelled within the 12 hour window.
